Alex Neill has been at Which? for the past seven years and is Head of Campaigns and Communications. She is one of our main broadcast spokespeople for our high profile campaigns, having appeared on BBC Breakfast, The One Show and ITV’s Tonight programme among many others, and is responsible for achieving change on everything from pensions to public services and energy prices to nuisance calls.
Pete Moorey is our lead spokesperson on our campaigning work, particularly our energy and telecoms campaigns. Before he joined Which? in 2008, Pete worked for a range of organisations in campaigns and public affairs roles.
Richard Headland is editor of Which? magazine. During his time at Which?, Richard has previously worked on technology and cars before being promoted to editor in 2013.
Gareth Shaw is the editor of Which? Money, the biggest-selling personal finance magazine in the UK. He has worked at Which? since 2010, and regularly appears on TV and radio as Which?'s resident money expert.
Matthew is Head of Economic Analysis at Which? responsible for providing unique insight into consumer behaviour. Matthew’s previous roles have seen him providing economic advice at HM Treasury and a leading role at Policy Exchange.
Gordon MacRae is Which?’s spokesperson for Scotland and Wales. He was appointed in 2014 to lead the organisation’s engagement with the devolved governments.
Sue Davies is celebrating 20 years at Which? and is our Chief Policy Adviser on food issues. Because of her extensive work in this field at Which?, she was awarded an MBE for services to food safety.
As Head of Research and Content Creation at Which?, Nikki Stopford oversees the quality and delivery of the research and testing that informs the 3,500 product and service recommendations we make every year. Her team is responsible for some of the biggest and most comprehensive reliability and customer satisfaction surveys in the UK.
Chris Warner is our legal spokesperson. He joined Which? in 2007 and is now a senior member of the legal team specialising in the field of consumer rights. Prior to joining Which?, Chris spent more than 4 years as a competition lawyer at Linklaters in London.
