Vickie is Director of Campaigns and Communications and joined Which? in 2016 from Heathrow Airport, where she was Director of Communications. Vickie has also held Communications Director roles at Diageo Plc and the Department for Transport. Between 2009 and 2013, she was Head of News and Deputy Official Spokesperson for the Prime Minister.
Managing Director of Home and Legal Services
Alex joined Which? in 2008 and has responsibility for policy, consumer campaigns and group communications. She is the lead media spokesperson for high profile campaigns and consumer issues. Alex has significant experience in policy making, campaigning, marketing and communications. She previously occupied roles within the corporate sector.

Pete Moorey is our lead spokesperson on our campaigning work, particularly our energy and telecoms campaigns. Before he joined Which? in 2008, Pete worked for a range of organisations in campaigns and public affairs roles.
Richard Headland is editor of Which? magazine. During his time at Which?, Richard has previously worked on technology and cars before being promoted to editor in 2013.
Harry Rose is editor of Which? Money, our monthly personal finance magazine. Prior to becoming editor, Harry spent three years covering investments for the magazine, building on six years' experience working in the investment industry.
Sue Davies is celebrating 20 years at Which? and is our Chief Policy Adviser on food issues. Because of her extensive work in this field at Which?, she was awarded an MBE for services to food safety.
As Head of Research and Content Creation at Which?, Nikki Stopford oversees the quality and delivery of the research and testing that informs the 3,500 product and service recommendations we make every year. Her team is responsible for some of the biggest and most comprehensive reliability and customer satisfaction surveys in the UK.
