    Alex Neill has been at Which? for the past seven years and is Head of Campaigns and Communications. She is one of our main broadcast spokespeople for our high profile campaigns, having appeared on BBC Breakfast, The One Show and ITV’s Tonight programme among many others, and is responsible for achieving change on everything from pensions to public services and energy prices to nuisance calls.

Her team is responsible for some of the biggest and most comprehensive reliability and customer satisfaction surveys in the UK.
