Glasgow-based business scoops prestigious Which? Award for great customer service

Glasgow-based business Vantage Windows and Doors is celebrating its win at this year’s Which? Awards after being named Trusted Trader of the Year.

The annual Which? Awards celebrates the brands going above and beyond for consumers and sees many big household names receiving an accolade from the consumer champion.

Additionally, the awards also celebrate great local businesses through the Trusted Trader of the Year Award, which this year is going to Vantage Windows and Doors.

The business has won the accolade for consistently positive customer reviews as well as for the work they do in the local community and for charity. The Which? panel of judges said that collectively, this “shows that Vantage Windows and Doors is a very customer-focused business and mirrors Which?’s values.”

Vantage Windows and Doors also won at the Scottish Home Improvement Awards 2022, marking an incredible four consecutive wins for the business at this particular awards (2018, 2019 and 2021).

The awards ceremony, which took place in London on 13th June, also celebrated many national brands, with Which? Awards going to household names such as Starling Bank, Samsung and Philips.

Raj Kakar-Clayton, Managing Director of Which? Trusted Traders, said:

“Congratulations to Vantage Windows and Doors on their win at this year’s Which? Awards.

“There is a sense of togetherness in this business – they regularly show that the company cares about their employees, and they all seem proud of the achievements the company has won, including their Which? Trusted Trader endorsement.

“Vantage Windows and Doors also receives lovely customer responses, and it feels like each customer is appreciated and valued.”

The Awards, which have been running since 2007, recognise best practice for consumers and give awards to businesses and products from banks to home entertainment brands.
