“It is good to see another hefty fine for a claims management company caught making millions of nuisance calls. However, this case further highlights that alongside fines we need new rules to make company directors accountable for nuisance calls.
“We want to see the Government use this week’s Queen’s Speech to introduce measures that ensure senior executives are individually held to account to better protect consumers from this modern menace.”
