Which? comments on latest rail punctuality statistics

Alex Hayman, Which? Managing Director of Public Markets, said:

“Passengers have endured delays and cancellations on an unprecedented scale over the past year, so it’s no surprise that levels of trust and satisfaction with value for money on the railways are so low.

“The rail review needs to make strong recommendations for improvement and ensure that, by this time next year, passengers feel they have a railway that works for them and not just the train companies.”
