Which? response to concerns raised by TSB staff months before IT migration

“This latest development strongly suggests that TSB completely mishandled its IT migration and will come as a further kick in the teeth for customers who have endured weeks of disruption to their lives and businesses.

“TSB has a great deal of work to do to restore the trust of its customers. Anyone unhappy with the way they have been treated by the bank should consider switching providers.”
