Which? response to Ofcom’s plans to introduce mobile provider switching by text

Alex Neill, Which? Managing Director of Home Products and Services, said:

“It should be much simpler for people to quickly switch their mobile provider, ​and this proposal seems to still require​ consumers to do a lot of the leg work. ​In all other major markets ​the switching process is the responsibility of ​the company gain​ing​ a new customer​ because this helps to promote competition and a better customer experience​.”
