Alex Neill has been with Which? Since 2008. She leads our Home Products and Services Business and is responsible for all commercial and charitable activity, including the Which? Trusted Traders endorsement business and our free website, Which? Consumer Rights. She is our lead broadcast spokesperson for all of our campaigns related to the home, including energy, telecoms and product safety.
Alex has significant experience in policy making, campaigning, marketing and communications. She previously occupied roles within the corporate sector.

A journalist since 2007, Gareth worked for the Financial Times before joining Which? in 2010, going on to become editor of Which? Money magazine until 2015. He spent a year working for over 50s company Saga, before returning to Which? in 2017.

Her team is responsible for some of the biggest and most comprehensive reliability and customer satisfaction surveys in the UK.
Richard Headland is editor-in-chief of Which? magazine. During his time at Which?, Richard has previously worked on technology and cars before being promoted to editor in 2013.
Sue Davies is celebrating 20 years at Which? and is our Chief Policy Adviser on food issues. Because of her extensive work in this field at Which?, she was awarded an MBE for services to food safety.
Adam is a consumer rights expert at Which?, and the editor of our online consumer rights advice website. Prior to becoming editor, Adam spent three years as a digital journalist at Which?. Adam has previously worked in commercial marketing roles as an editor and copywriter.
