Birmingham-based business scoops coveted Which? Trusted Trader of the Year accolade at national awards

Finesse Windows Limited has scooped a coveted Which? Trusted Trader of the Year Award for their outstanding dedication to consumers and the local community.

Birmingham business Finesse saw off tough competition to win the accolade – its second win after having previously been awarded in 2017. The shortlist also included Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating Ltd, and last year’s winner, Splash of Colour Painting & Decorating Ltd.

Finesse really stood out with the judges for the fantastic work they do for both their customers and the community, which is reflected in their glowing reviews and Worthy Cause Campaigns.

Finesse have won Which?’s Trader of the Month a total of four times, and the judges noted how impressed they were with how they’ve incorporated the Which? endorsement into every aspect of their business to build trust and confidence for consumers.

The Awards, which have been running since 2007, recognise best practice for consumers and give awards to businesses and products from travel companies to kitchen appliance brands.

Managing Director of Trusted Traders, Raj Kakar-Clayton, said:

“Becoming a Which? Trusted Trader is a hallmark of great customer service, and our rigorous application process means that only the best local businesses can join.

“The Which? Trusted Trader Award seeks to highlight the best of the best, and I’m thrilled to say that this year that accolade goes to Finesse Windows Limited. They are truly ambassadors of the Which? Trusted Traders endorsement.”

The Which? Awards are usually presented at a ceremony, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s Which? Awards winners were announced on Which?’s Twitter feed today (7th October).
