“Unsurprising that British Gas has lost customers to smaller, more competitive suppliers” – Which? response to British Gas owner Centrica losing almost 250,000 customers

Which? executive director Richard Lloyd said: “With potential savings of up to £400 to be made by switching away from the Big Six suppliers, it’s unsurprising that British Gas has lost customers to smaller, more competitive suppliers. However, with 89% of people still with the Big Six, we’re a long way off seeing the shakeup that this market really needs.”
