Which? appoints Neil Caldicott as director of brand and communications

Neil Caldicott has been announced as the director of brand and communications at consumer group Which?. 

Neil joins to lead the organisation’s brand and communications work, playing an integral role in building its membership, driving forward its brand values and delivering meaningful impact to make consumers’ lives simpler, safer and fairer.

He joins Which? from Audible, where he held the position of senior director of brand, content marketing, communications and podcasts – responsible for attracting a new, wider audience to the business.

Previously Neil was director of marketing and audiences at BBC Music and BBC Radio – responsible for all audience insight and marketing activity for the BBC’s national radio networks and multi-platform music content.

The director of brand and communications at Which? is a new position, designed to bring together the organisation’s marketing and communications work and support the transformation of the organisation.
