Which? makes new appointments to senior leadership team
Which? confirms the appointment of Caroline Normand, Sarah Threadgould and Vickie Sheriff, who join the Which? senior leadership team from 1st October 2016.
Alex Neill will become Managing Director of Home and Legal Services and remains a member of the Which? senior leadership team.
- Caroline Normand is appointed Director of Policy
- Sarah Threadgould is appointed Group Marketing Director
- Vickie Sheriff is appointed Director of Communications and Campaigns
Peter Vicary-Smith, Which? Chief Executive, said:

Caroline Normand
Caroline has worked at the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BIS) since 1991, where most recently she was Director, Consumer and Competition Policy.
Sarah Threadgould
Sarah joins Which? after five years at HSBC, where she most recently held the role of Global Head of Marketing Commercial Bank. She previously held various senior roles with Marks & Spencer.
Vickie Sheriff
Vickie joins Which? from Heathrow, where she was Director of Communications. Vickie has also held Communications Director roles at Diageo Plc and the Department for Transport. Between 2009 and 2013, she was Head of News and Deputy Official Spokesperson in the Prime Minister’s Office.
