Which? releases first Mid-Year Review

Which? has today published its’ first Mid-Year Review, covering the period 1st July 2015 – 31st December 2015, providing an update on its strategic direction and achievements in-year.

Chair of Which?, Tim Gardam, said:

“Which? continues to see strong, sustained commercial growth, which has enabled us to spend £33 million on promoting consumer interests in the last three years. Our commercial success has enabled us to launch new free advice services, helping millions of people with our free content, and securing change for all consumers through our campaigns.

“We want to do more to be transparent about how we work as a self-funding social enterprise that receives no donations or public funding. Our Mid-Year Review explains how our commercial and charitable activities are entwined, ensuring that everything we do helps to make consumers more powerful.”

Background:

·         The mid-year review is not a set of audited half-year accounts, but an update on progress and developments within the current financial year (01.07.2015 – 31.12.2015).

·         Which? will now issue a Mid-Year Report on an annual basis.
