Which? response to Admiral’s report on how medical bills could ‘surge’ if there is a no-deal Brexit

Rory Boland, Which? Travel Editor, said:

“It’s vital that holidaymakers don’t face a huge increase in medical bills if EHIC benefits are no longer available after the UK’s departure from the EU.

“Travellers could be going on holiday without EHIC cover as early as this month, so the Government must urgently explain the impact of a no-deal Brexit to them so that they have clear, accessible and accurate information when booking and can take out the appropriate amount of travel insurance.”
