“​It’s worrying there’s no guarantee the new ombudsman will cover the whole market” – Which? response to the CAA’s plans for an ‘aviation ombudsman’

​Which? executive director Richard Lloyd said: 

“These proposals are a start, but it’s worrying there’s no guarantee the new ombudsman will cover the whole market and may charge consumers fees to get redress. Like its counterparts in finance, energy and telecoms, this ombudsman should offer a whole of market redress system that is free for all consumers.”​
