“​The wider picture for rail passengers is far from rosy” – Which? response to the Transport Focus satisfaction survey

Which? executive director Richard Lloyd, said:​
 

“While passenger satisfaction may be up overall, this report shows the wider picture for rail passengers is far from rosy and there are some alarming drops in satisfaction for delays.“Our recent research revealed only a third of passengers were informed of their rights to compensation for frequent delays. Train companies have to do better and our super-complaint is demanding action from the regulator.”
