“Disappointing that Phones 4u now won’t be refunding their customers” – Which? response to Phones 4u not refunding customers on iPhone 6 orders

Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd, said:

“It’s disappointing that Phones 4u now won’t be refunding their customers but if you’re affected you may still be able to get your money back. If you paid using a credit card then you will have more protection and can make a claim ​to your credit card provider ​under Section 75. If you used a debit card you may be able to make a claim using the chargeback scheme, as long as you act within 120 days.”
