“E.ON clearly let its customers down” – Which? response to E.ON payout after missing appointments with customers and then not providing compensation

“E.ON clearly let its customers down so it is good to see Ofgem taking action. Following the recent market inquiry, the energy companies must do much more to up their game and improve their service if they are to retain and attract customers.  The regulator must continue to take action when suppliers aren’t treating customers fairly.”
