“Good to see another new entrant to the market” – Which? response to Atom bank winning its banking licence

Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd, said:

“It’s good to see another new entrant to the market as greater competition is clearly needed to tackle the dominance of the biggest banks. The challenge for all new entrants will be to offer better products and customer service that consumers will want to switch to.”
