“Government must overhaul public service complaints” – our response to the PHSO’s latest report

Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd said:

“It’s ​vital that all public services encourag​e​ feedback ​and act on complaints ​so that problems are recognised early and mistakes don’t happen twice. The Government must overhaul public service complaints so it’s easier for people to speak up and​ they​ can feel confident their feedback will trigger action.”​
