“We welcome moves to speed up energy switching times and boost the numbers of small suppliers but more radical measures are urgently needed to supercharge competition in this broken market.

“All suppliers should introduce faster, easier switching as quickly as possible, and there must be much simpler pricing so people can more easily find the best deal.”
