“Most important thing for those who have the affected model is to turn it off immediately” – Which? response to Samsung’s fire-risk Galaxy Note 7

“Samsung has recognised that there is an issue with this phone so you should be entitled to a refund.

“You have between 14 and 30 days to return the phone depending on where you bought it from and if it’s a faulty product you should get a full refund. The most important thing for those who have the affected model is to turn it off immediately.”
