Which? has launched a new online complaints tool to help consumers call time on nuisance calls and texts, after finding that less than a fifth (17%) of consumers officially complain about this menace. The tool will direct consumers to the relevant regulator’s complaint form in a matter of seconds, making it easier to register their frustration with nuisance calls and texts. Importantly this will give regulators the information they need to take enforcement action against companies found breaking the rules.
