“Simply unacceptable” – Which? response to ORR statistics
Vickie Sheriff, Which? Director of Campaigns and Communications, said:
“These latest findings echo our recent satisfaction survey, that the rail sector is regularly failing passengers with frequent delays and cancellations, as well as overcrowding, reduced carriages and poor conditions. This is simply unacceptable and urgent action must be taken so that rail services actually start to deliver for passengers.”
