SSE must do right by customers
In response to the Court of Appeal decision today on Scottish and Southern Energy’s appeal against a conviction for mis-leading potential customers, Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd, says:
“SSE should never have dragged this case on for so long and now needs to move quickly to contact the hundreds of thousands of customers who may have been signed up with this misleading script.
“We want to see SSE to extend its mis-selling guarantee scheme so that people who were mis-sold during this time can make a direct claim to them.”
