“More and more people view broadband as essential to their everyday lives. However, too many people still aren’t able to access a reliable broadband connection or 4G mobile signal.
“Our recent research shows that a third of people in the UK are getting broadband speeds of below 10Mb and two thirds have experienced disruption to their broadband service. Ofcom, as well as the telecoms industry, need to do more to keep up with public demand.”
