“Train companies must provide a better standard of service” – Which? response to DfT overcrowding statistics
Alex Neill, Which? Director of Policy and Campaigns, said:
“It’s shocking that so many passengers across the country are suffering overcrowding on a daily basis.
“Train companies must provide a better standard of service to their customers including improved compensation, particularly for season ticket holders and commuters forced to use crowded short form trains at peak times.”
