Which? executive director Richard Lloyd said:
“We welcome the CMA’s intervention as universities should be complying with consumer law and protecting the rights of their students.
“We initially raised our concerns with the CMA after our investigation, including evidence from students, found universities failing to meet legal requirements. UCL must now ensure it treats its students fairly.”
