“We also expect to see criminal charges taken against the individuals responsible” – Which? response to FCA fining Barclays for forex failings

Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd, said:​

“It’s absolutely right that Barclays faces significant fines for this unacceptable behaviour and we also expect to see criminal charges taken against the individuals responsible.

“All banks now need to work hard to prove they’ve learnt from their mistakes and the Financial Conduct Authority must use its new powers to hold senior executives to account if they don’t.”
