“We need energy companies to smarten up their act” – Which? statement on Ofgem’s customer satisfaction poll

Alex Neill, Which? Director of Campaigns and Policy, said:

“Time and time again we find the Big Six languishing at the bottom of our satisfaction rankings and today’s Ofgem figures show that these companies still have a long way to go in improving their complaints handling. Following the recent energy market inquiry, we now need energy companies to smarten up their act and put their consumers first.”
