Which? advice to passengers caught up in British Airways luggage system failures
Adam French, Which? Consumer Rights Expert, said:
“Any British Airways passengers arriving at their destination without their luggage should log a lost luggage complaint with the airline as soon as possible and keep any receipts for essential items purchased as they should be able to claim back these costs.
“We also expect BA to swiftly reroute passengers who missed their flights due to these long delays and, if any flights have been cancelled due to the ongoing disruption, the airline must let travellers know that they could be entitled to compensation.”
