Which? comments as Government leaves delivery of Pensions Dashboard to industry

Jenni Allen, Managing Director of Which? Money, said:

“There are now serious questions over whether the dashboard will actually be delivered on time – so the Government must urgently publish its feasibility study to set a clear direction to industry.

“Above all else, consumers must be able to see all of their pension information – including their state pension – in one place. Regardless of where consumers go, they must see the same, comprehensive information. Failure to get this right will undermine the entire project, and the Government will likely need to legislate to make this happen any time soon.

“It’s also vital that any dashboard providers are subject to robust regulation, so consumers can trust what they are being shown.”
