Which? comments as latest energy supplier goes bust
Alex Neill, Which? Managing Director of Home Products and Services, said:
“This spate of energy firm collapses shows why it is vital for the regulator to press ahead with measures to ensure that current and future suppliers are financially sustainable and in a position to deliver the excellent levels of service their customers deserve.
“Consumers should not let energy supplier failures put them off shopping around for a better deal, as switching is still by far the best way to find a supplier that offers good customer service – and potentially save more than a hundred pounds.”
