Which? comments as Ofgem proposes more help for prepayment customers

Natalie Hitchins, Head of Home Products and Services at Which?, said:

“It is good to see the regulator has recognised that some energy customers will continue to face financial difficulties beyond the lockdown period and it is taking proactive steps to ensure that the temporary measures to protect vulnerable customers remain in place.

“If you are worried about your ability to pay your energy bill, it’s important to talk to your supplier as soon as possible to discuss your situation and find out what kind of support it can offer you.”
