Which? comments on the CMA taking further legal action against Viagogo

Eleanor Snow, Which? Consumer Rights Editor said: 

“We have repeatedly exposed Viagogo as a rogue operator that appears to have a total disregard for consumer law. As the company is continuing to flout a court order, it is right that the regulator is taking further strong action.

“The CMA’s verdict – that the firm is still using misleading ticket availability messages and failing to adequately warn fans that tickets sold on the site may not get them into events – is damning, so we would urge all consumers to steer clear of Viagogo.”
