Which? comments on the CMA’s latest banking satisfaction survey

 Gareth Shaw, Head of Money at Which?, said:

“These findings show that some banks are getting it right more often than others. Our research revealed bigger is not necessarily better when it comes to choosing a bank – innovation and outstanding customer service from some challenger banks have shaken up the market and placed them well ahead of household names.

“These results should prompt anyone unhappy with the level of service from their bank to switch providers – it has never been easier and takes just seven days.”
