Which? reaction to E.ON confirming participation in The Big Switch

A Which? spokesperson said:

“We’re pleased that E.ON has agreed to take part in The Big Switch, as this is an important way for energy companies to demonstrate they’re putting consumers’ interests first.

“If E.ON submits a winning auction bid, we are very happy for it to match that price for existing customers, as our aim from the start has been to secure a cheaper energy deal for as many people as possible.”
