Which? responds as rail industry confirms new summer 2019 timetable

Alex Hayman, Which? Managing Director of Public Markets, said:

“Passengers will rightly be anxious about these changes and there will be no excuse for a repeat of the misery heaped on them by last year’s timetable chaos. Industry must do everything in its power to minimise disruption.

“As a bare minimum the industry should roll out automatic compensation across the network so that, if things go wrong, all passengers get the money they are owed for delays and cancellations.”
