Which? responds to Ryanair’s new cabin baggage policy

Rory Boland, Which? Travel Editor, said:

“With yet another restriction applied to the luggage they are able to bring on board, Ryanair passengers will be wondering what’s left for the airline to cut back on?

“After a summer of cancellations and disruptions, the timing of this new hand luggage size reduction could not be worse for Ryanair’s reputation for customer service.”
