Which? responds to the CMA’s provisional findings Compare the Market broke competition law

Alex Neill, Which? Managing Director of Home Products and Services, said:

“Customers should be able to trust that they can find the best insurance deal when using comparison websites. These actions fall well below the standard you’d expect from the company who claims to be working in the best interest of consumers.

“Regulators must ensure businesses abide by the rules and that customers don’t get a raw deal.”
