Which? response as Glastonbury postponed to 2021 amid coronavirus outbreak
Adam French, Consumer Rights Expert at Which?, said:
“Glastonbury’s organisers have said that tickets for this year can be used to get you into the festival in 2021, so hold onto your tickets if you want to go next year. If you can’t make the new dates you will be entitled to a refund.
“For people facing the cancellation of other upcoming festivals and events, bear in mind that you may have fewer protections if the ticket was purchased through a secondary ticket seller. If you are unsuccessful in getting a refund, you can try your credit or debit card provider to see if a chargeback or section 75 claim is possible.”
