Which? response on TSB’s IT meltdown

Harry Rose, Which? Money Editor, said:

“After seven weeks of chaos, TSB customers will understandably be at their wits end – and the regulator has rightly come down hard on this today. If you are unhappy at the way the bank has treated you, our advice is to vote with your feet and switch to another provider.

 

“There has never been an easier time to switch and the Current Account Switch Service makes the process as painless as possible.”
