Which? response to Atol certificate scheme changes
In response to Atol certificate scheme changes, a Which? spokesperson said:
“From 1st October travel agents are, by law, required to issue Atol certificates which are vital for holidaymakers to know the level of protection they have for their holiday. We would advise consumers not to book through a travel agent who is unable to issue an Atol certificate.”
