Which? response to BA strike action going ahead

Adam French, Consumer Rights Expert at Which?, said:

“It is even more important that following BA’s abysmal handling of recent disruption that the airline now gets it right for passengers by making sure those affected are given correct and up to date information.

“The airline needs to make sure each and every person affected is rerouted – with a rival airline if necessary – or refunded and not left out of pocket.”
