Which? response to CMA enforcement action taken against car hire companies

Alex Neill, Which? Managing Director of Home Products and Services, said:

“It’s not right that consumers are being hit with hidden charges and unexpected fees when hiring a car, so its good to see the CMA taking action.

“Car hire sites must improve their practices and be upfront about any charges so consumers can make an informed choice at the time of booking.”
