Which? response to FCA announcement on RBS IT Failure
Richard Lloyd, Which? executive director said:
“Last summer’s IT problems at RBS showed yet again how consumers bear the brunt of bank failures. People rely on banks to give them access to their money at all times so it’s important that the Financial Conduct Authority makes sure all banks have up-to-date systems and safeguards in place. Customers who have been affected should also be properly compensated.”
