Which? response to O2 outage

Alex Neill, Which? Managing Director of Home Products and Services, said:

“Millions of O2 customers will have spent today quite rightly angry and frustrated by the outage.

“Your mobile phone is such an integral part of being able to live and work, so it is very worrying that one of the world’s biggest mobile networks has failed for so long and without any real explanation.

“The UK is already lagging behind the rest of the world on the provision of 4G. Failures like this only intensify the pressure on mobile operators and the regulator to up their game to ensure we get a decent service.”
