Which? response to Office for Students’ new regulatory framework

“Which? has been calling for a regulator that makes student needs and protections a priority, so today’s launch of the Office for Students’ new regulatory framework is to be welcomed. It comes during a turbulent time for higher education and is a positive step forward in reassuring students that their interests are at the heart of the new regulator.

“We now need to ensure the new Office for Students is empowered to protect students and take enforcement action if university providers breach consumer protection laws.”
