Which? response to Primera Air collapse
Rory Boland, Which? Travel editor, said:
“Passengers will quite rightly be outraged that the airline was still selling tickets right up to the moment it went bankrupt, knowing full well those tickets would never be honoured.
“If you do have a Primera ticket check if it is part of a package. If not, you may be able to claim your money back through your card provider. People should also check their travel insurance policies, although they will not necessarily offer cover for scheduled airline failures such as this.”
