Alex Hayman, Which? Managing Director of Public Markets, said:
“Season ticket holders who have not received the service they paid for should rightly be compensated. We expect the new franchise to continue to pay out until the upgrade at Waterloo is completed.
“People also shouldn’t be out of pocket for being forced to take alternative transport. We advise them to claim these costs back under the Consumer Rights Act.”
