Which? response to Tesco publishing their action plan on campylobacter following our open letter to supermarkets

Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd, said:

“We welcome Tesco publishing their action plan, in response to our call for all the major supermarkets to show they’re serious about tackling campylobacter.

“Consumers will expect nothing less than all the remaining supermarkets following suit and publishing their commitment to action, with clear time frames, to deal with this potentially fatal bug.”
